Once your refund is approved by Era Organics, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Era Organics within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging. Era Organics will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
